The Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) welcomed six new members to its Advisory Network (AN) in May, forming the fourth cohort that will serve from 2024 to 2026.
Composed of representatives from civil society, academia, the technical community, and the private sector, the FOC Advisory Network (AN) supports the Coalition’s mission of advancing Internet freedom and human rights, both online and offline, worldwide. By providing advice to FOC Member States and support for the Coalition’s activities and events, the AN plays a crucial role in facilitating information and knowledge sharing within the FOC.
The new members join 24 representatives continuing to serve on the AN as part of the 2024-2026 cohort. After a successful open-call for applications, the FOC welcomed:
- Katharine Millar, Associate Professor in the Department of International Relations, London School of Economics and Political Science (Individual Capacity)

The FOC would also like to acknowledge outgoing members from the third cohort (2022-2024), who played a key role in supporting the work of the FOC through their participation in the AN.
