On behalf of FOC members, the Dutch chair of the Coalition issued a letter to the UN Secretariat of the Internet Governance Forum, urging them to review and response to a public letter of the Expression Online Internet, which expresses concerns over a series of alleged incidents at the 7th IGF in Baku.
